Well folks, it’s almost official. President Obama is expected to sign a bill that contains provisions to extend the current First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit to homes under contract by April 30, 2010 and close by June 30, 2010. The bill also allows for a $6,500 tax credit to “move-up” buyers. [...]
